Rita Farren (リタ・ファレン, Rita Faren) is a character in the "Skeleton Knight in Another World" series. She works as the Chambermaid for the eldest daughter of the Luvierte House, Lauren Laraiya du Luvierte.

A 20 year old woman, that wore her red curly hair in a short style and with strong brown eyes.
Personality[]
Rita is kind and dedicated young woman loyal to her mistress. She was also known to have a love for animals.
Background[]
The only daughter of Horcos Farren who serves as the commander of the Luvierte house, Rita serves as a maid to Lauren Laraiya du Luvierte.
Chronology[]
Light Novel Volume 01[]
Rita was accompanying her lady, Lauren Roberts back from a ball at Diento. On the way back to their territory, after they had left the nearby town of Corna, they were ambushed by bandits. The bandits pursued them, and later it was revealed one of their men was a turncoat that betrayed them. Their guards were all killed, leaving them at the mercy of the bandits. The men began to proceed to rip off their clothes and rape them and before capturing them, but Arc arrived and slayed the men, saving the pair.[1]
We learn that it was Tryton du Diento who ordered the attack.
After the ordeal, Rita helped Lauren change out of her soiled clothes and later the three journey to her father's city. Though Arc refused any sort of compensation, preferring to liquate the bandits' assets he took, Rita gave him a copper pass that would allow him easier access through the kingdom's territory. Rita then brought Lauren back to the Luvierte estate. There she gave her report to Buckle du Luvierte informing him of the deaths of his men and the ambush. Given that they were just leaving Diento's territory, the maid guessed that the ambush was disguised as a hit on Lauren. When Rita spoke of the savior that saved Bucke's daughter, the master of Luvierte wanted to give him his thanks, though after hearing from the maid the knight found accepting her copper pass to be enough decided to let the matter rest. Rita and Lauren were excused, and the maid help Lauren be put to bed to rest.[2]
Later she assisted her father in locating a monster tome in his library to prepare for a hunt near Rita Village though was annoyed by the mess he made as she just cleaned it.[3]
Light Novel Volume 03[]
Rita encountered Arc again with Ariane in Luvierte with Giovanni who she introduced to. The maid curious about where Arc had traveled learned he had been wandering Rhoden and recently been to Olav. Upon learning that Arc wished to head to the Holy East Revlon Empire, Rita provided him directions on how to get there though warned him of monster sightings at the border and that the number of merchants coming through had dropped. Despite the danger he and Ariane were confident that they would have no trouble. The maid suggested an inn for them to stay, but it was politely refused by the duo as they wanted to set out as quickly as possible.[4]
Light Novel Volume 09[]
Following the Kingdom’s battle against the Holy Hilk Kingdom, Rita and her mistress arrived to witness the king’s proclamation at Olav. Both she and Lauren were happy to reunite with Arc who was part of the elven delegation for the Great Canada Forest.[5] Though the maid and her mistress would only learn that Arc was an elf after he left them, from Prince Sekt Rondahl Karlon Rhoden Sahdiay. And were surprised when the prince informed them that the king would be emancipating all the beastmen slaves in the kingdom. Once the prince left the two women decided to inform Lauren's father of this news.[6]

Arc[]
Having been saved from bandit thanks to Arc, the maid is indebt to the knight for saving not just her but also her mistress. She appears to admire him, thinking him like one of the knights in the fairy tales.
Giovanni[]
Giovanni is Rita's love interest, who plans to wed her. Though the maid appears to be oblivious to his feelings. When asked if Giovanni was her boyfriend, she would tell others that was not the case and only a friend asssisting her.
This one orders the attack on her, but it fails and more the sponsor's men attempt rape her also.
